Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
- 48 hours or more before departure: Full refund
- 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Within 24 hours: No refund
Operator Cancellations
- All shuttle trips require a minimum of 3 confirmed passengers.
- If the minimum is not met, KT Airport Express may cancel the trip.
- Passengers will be notified at least 48 hours before departure and offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled trip.
No-Show
- Passengers who do not arrive at the pickup point at the scheduled time will not receive a refund.
Terms & Conditions
- Booking Requirements
- Accurate booking details are required for all trips.
- Oversized items (bikes, surfboards, large luggage, etc.) must be approved before booking.
- No animals or pets are allowed on shuttle or private services, except approved assistance animals.
- Luggage
- Standard allowance: 1 carry-on + 1 checked bag per ticket.
- Additional items: $8 per item.
- Home pickup/drop-off: $10 per stop, exact address must be provided.
- Services Provided
- Shuttle Bus Service: Shared transport operating 3 round trips per day across Melbourne’s South-East suburbs.
- Commercial Passenger Vehicle: Private car service for up to 4 passengers. Must be booked by 5:00 PM the day prior.
- Minimum Passenger Requirement
- Shuttle trips require at least 3 passengers.
- Trips below minimum may be cancelled; passengers notified 48 hours in advance.
- Passenger Responsibilities
- Arrive at the pickup point at least 10 minutes early.
- Provide correct flight details and contact information.
- Follow all safety instructions.
- Liability
- KT Airport Express is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or external factors.
- Not liable for lost/damaged luggage unless caused by proven negligence.
